Ulani Prater Gulstone is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland bars. Ms. Gulstone’s practice areas include estate planning, civil litigation, real property law, consumer law, probate law, and family law. Before joining Scheuermann & Menist, Ms. Gulstone was a family law attorney with a non-profit law firm. She clerked for the Honorable Cathy H. Serrette of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland. A 2005 graduate of Howard University School of Law, Ms. Gulstone was an active member of the moot court team, a student mediator, and a teaching fellow. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Gulstone was a licensed financial advisor with Waddell and Reed. Ms. Gulstone is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland Bar Association and the J. Franklyn Bourne Bar Association. She is a member of the Delivery of Legal Services Section Council. |
